    .pow file format?

As far as I can tell there is very little information on most game files. In particular, I couldn't find anything regarding .pow files at all.
From what I can tell, it has some string fields, and the values are stored in some weird mixed format that contains the value in text format (e.g. "0.0125" string), then as a 4 byte float, and something else. In some cases its even worse, possibly lua bytecode (since the files start with "0000.lua")?

Has anyone done any reseach on those?

I would check out Enigma.D3, the Engima.D3.Sno project has a way to read the .pow sno files. Use something like var powers = SnoHelper.LoadFile<Power>("File Path To .pow file").Content; from there you can access all the content Enigma has figured out.

Thanks, looks like its just what I need.

Update: erm nevermind, seems that it can only parse the offsets and field names, but not the actual data (it mostly ends up in x018_TagMap.. which is unparsed).
