Actor Cast "Global Cooldown"

Hello!

Has anyone successfully managed to find any way to see if the actor is "busy"? My best shot so far is iterate the attachments and look for Attachments that I know means I am busy.

There has to be a better way than this?

Have you tried looking at attributes with the GetInteger?

General_Cooldown = 258
Power_Cooldown = 259
Power_Cooldown_Start =260

Yes, unfortunately they doesnt return anything useful at all
