Hey Guys,
I saw a few days ago, that some people asking for a tool to easy switch diablo 3 Skill-Builds. I started developing such a tool a yesterday. (Need a new project and want such a tool too)
I finished the functional part this evening.
I didnt want to publish this early version but i just have 2 chars @lvl 70 so i need some alpha tester. So i added a quick and dirty interface for the configuration part and i need your feedback for the functionality.
1.0 Requirements
You need a dektop resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.
Activated effective mode in the gameplay settings
No skillmenu or any other menu must be open in D3
Start D3 in window mode (maximized)
If you want to use a different client then the english one, please notice "
1.4 Make your own Imagesearch Screenshots"

1.2 Create a profile
1.
IIIIIIIIIII First choose your class and a profile number for your new profile
2.
IIIIIIIIIII In the green rectangle you can set your spells (Spell 1&2 are the mousespells). in this early interface it is necessary to count your spells. Start in the primary section and count to the right.
3.
IIIIIIIIIII In the red rectangle you can choos a glyph to the spell left next to the field. (0 = no glyph)
4.
IIIIIIIIIII Choose your passive spells in the yellow area. Yes, here its necessary to, to count the passives. Start at the left top and count row for row. (1 - 18 )
5.
IIIIIIIIIII To create your profile just press the "Create" button.
Notice: if for example "profile1" is already avalible it will be overwritten
1.3 Use a profile
1.
IIIIIIIIIII Chooss the profile you want to apply in the red box.
2.
IIIIIIIIIII Click on the "Switch Talents" button to apply the choosen profile to your character. (remember to close all D3 menus before pressing this button)
1.4 Make your own Imagesearch Screenshots
It was not easy to choose the correct talent if "effective mode" is enabled, but it was necessary.
The tool uses the Spell-Group image to find the correct one.
eg that one:
If the tool cant find the correct spell, or if you want to use a different language you have to make your own images.
Use the "Open Screen Tool" button to start making your perfect fitting own screenshots:
Open you skill-menu in d3 (for example the "primary" menu)
Put the screenshot tool in front of the D3 window, choose the primary spell in the listbox and press the "Save Screenshot" button.
The screenshot will be automatically stored in the correct folder.
Do this for every menu and every class you want to use.
1.5 Feedback / Error Report
This is just a early alpha version to check if every routine runs fine on every class. If you figured something out plese tell me in detail, what you tryed to do and what went wrong.
1.6 info
I started to develop a customer friendly interface for about one hour, but interrupt it to release this alpha version.
Here you can see a little perspective what i did.
If you have any ideas for the interface or any feature requests please let me know.
have fun and thanks for your feedback and help!
