CraftAll - Automatic crafting for Diablo 3

I've been hearing all this complaining about not having a "Craft All" button, so I decided to do something about it. Run this app, press F2, and when you're getting ready to craft, press F2 again and start crafting. AFK while it does it all for you!

NOTE: This only runs at 1440x900 for now, but will soon support all resolutions.

Download: CraftAll.rar

Instructions:
- Extract to a directory.
- Run the app.
- Press F2 to pause.
- Press F2 again when you're ready to craft.
- Click "Craft" once, it does the rest for you.
- Press F2 when you're done to pause the app.
