Hi all im new and i've read the use of bot to go make money per hour not assisted. My answer is: there's a probability to be baned or is invisible to blizzard that kind of bot? thank you all!!

Any kind of botting can get you banned. Hope for luck and be smart.

Most paid bots have a built in warden protection. I know that D3Advanced has built-in warden protection (it's actually down atm cause warden was acting weird yesterday)
